Every child counts.

The name our founder, Jemimah Noonoo, chose for the charity she started to supply resources to the coastal community of Anomabo, Ghana. Every year, we continue Jemimah's legacy of giving, with our “Bearing Gifts” Campaign.

Our Campaigns

Our campaigns were to developed to connect with the community of Anomabo and to provide support systematically and consciously over time.

The Jemimah Noonoo Foundation board of directors pays all administrative and fundraising expenses, so that100% of your donation goes directly to fighting poverty in Anomabo. We set a small financial goal to avoid overspending and to ensure that we are continually able to support and serve the community.

The Jemimah Noonoo Foundation is committed to transparency - ensuring that donors know where and how their donations are being applied.

The Road To health

paving the way to quality healthcare

The Road To Health Campaign was developed to support the health and well-being of the men, women and children of Anomabo. By delivering aid and resources directly to the community through an annual health fair, we can provide much-needed access to medicine, therapies and necessary physical examinations designed to detect and confront common ailments and chronic diseases.

Bearing Gifts

Giving back consistently and sustainably

Our CEO and board of directors travels yearly to Anomabo. We use the annual discovery trip to learn more about the challenges the community faces and to offer necessities such as food, school supplies, healthcare basics, and clothing. By relieving some of the financial burdens that families often face and providing each person with access to resources, we can empower the community with support that serves where there is most need.

Building a dream

providing infrastructural support

Completing the construction of the house Jemimah started to build over 6 years, is integral to the growth of our project and effort to offer continued and sustainable support to the community. A settlement house will enable us to offer educational, agricultural and healthcare resources consistently. We may also offer access to technology and opportunities for employment.

support independence

Sponsor the education of a child. Donate to one of our campaigns and give children in Anomabo the opportunity to continue their education without the burden of lack of resources. Pay a child’s tuition, food budget or provide them with books and basic schools supplies. Every little bit makes a big difference.
